Doing the right thing - not just the normal thing
The VBGU promotes and accompanies its members' business development with a particular affinity to the field of mining and raw materials, wide reaching expertise and national and international networking.
Activities
The Association advises and supports its members especially in wage policy matters, in economic questions or in the development of new economic mainstays, both at home and abroad. Its activities also include representation of interests to ministries, officials and administrations in addition to cooperation with other associations and groups.
Experts from member companies are active in committees and workgroups within the Association, in regional and supra-regional economic associations and in self-governing bodies. On top of this, we work constructively with other associations, administrations and organisations.
